Next days for ‘snooping’: 8 and 9 February 2027
The annual taster days, which take place every February, are an ideal opportunity for you to find out a little about the profession of organ builder and give it a go. During these days, you can put your practical skills to the test under expert guidance and gain an insight into the various departments. The taster days usually last two days and cover everything from woodworking and metalworking to the construction of an organ pipe. The next taster days will take place on 8 and 9 February 2027.

The snooping days at Rieger
The beginning of February is always a busy time at Rieger, when interested young people fill the wood workshop and pipe workshop for the snooping days. After that, some of them sign up to start their apprenticeship in September. This two days usually include woodworking and metalworking, and even the production of an organ pipe.
