The new concert hall organ at Musiikkitalo Helsinki

Here is a first view of the almost completed organ in the concert hall (Musiikkitalo) in Helsinki with its spectacular facade. The instrument (124/IV) will be completely finished by the end of the year. By the way, the sculpture in front of the organ case consists of sounding pipes and wind tunnels...

This instrument will be the largest organ in Finland - and it is the second largest organ Rieger has ever built.
